Our Annual
SHE Leads Forum
The annual SHE Leads Forum is a kickoff for a yearlong infusion of inspiration for women, primarily in the hospitality industry, that facilitates sharing professional experiences and provides collaborative learning opportunities to continue to foster change in the industry.
In September, more than 200 hospitality industry women and allies gathered in Dallas for the sold-out 2023 SHE Leads Forum, a 24-hour event brimming with education and inspiration.

Red Roof has evolved its women’s program, formerly called the Red Roof Forum on Leadership for Women Entrepreneurs, into an all-encompassing 360-degree program called SHE inspired by Red Roof to Support, Help and Elevate women.

In the hospitality sector, which is traditionally dominated by men, Red Roof® has been an industry leader in promoting and nurturing women entrepreneurs. This year, Red Roof is celebrating the progress of these efforts: 35% of Red Roof properties are owned or partially owned by women.
